POSITIONS FILLED:
 
A3 Building Surveyor / Accredited Certifier

The Role

Working as part of a small team, you will be required to undertake various functions as a Principal Certifier including assessing and determining of proposed residential construction works and handling any neighbour concerns with a high level of professionalism and urgency. The position includes taking ownership of the projects you are appointed the Principal Certifier for.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out critical stage inspections

  • Assessment, determination & issuing of Construction, Complying Development & Occupation Certificates

  • Providing professional advice to clients on a range of BCA & legislative matters

  • Being involved in the company's growth & future by contributing to the planning and development of the business, including the continual improvement of the quality of work undertaken by the group and inter-team collaboration

The role will be Full Time, Monday to Friday - start and finish times are negotiable.

A vehicle will also be provided.

A4 Accredited Building Inspector

The Role

Working as part of a small team, your main role will be undertaking critical stage inspections throughout the week.  On quiet days you will be assisting with the preparation of Construction Certificate & Complying Development Certificate approvals in the office, however the role will predominantly be on the road, involving driving between project sites and completing inspection reports on a digital device.

  • Ad hoc duties

  • Being involved in the company's growth & future by contributing to the planning and development of the business, including the continual improvement of the quality of work undertaken by the group and inter-team collaboration

The role will be Full Time, from Monday to Friday - from 8:00am to 4:30pm however flexibility is offered for personal commitments.

A vehicle will also be provided.
