Operations & Project Officer
(Training in North Sydney then work from home opportunity)

The Role

Due to an upcoming internal role advancement, we are looking for somebody who is extremely committed and dedicated to helping grow and improve the business, to take over part of this existing role.


Working as part of a small team, you will be assisting in streamlining our operations and residential building projects for the Newcastle, Central Coast & Sydney regions.


Flexible work hours (20-30 hours per week) and a work from home opportunity once training has been completed. Previous experience in or understanding of either Residential Planning / Development or Building Certification is a must. We are also looking for somebody with a high level of attention to detail and excellent overall computer skills.


Role to commence 19 January 2022.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep projects up to date and liaise with clients on required documentation

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the business

  • Making improvements to processes and workflows, keeping procedures up to date

  • Additional project related tasks will be included once the right person is comfortable in the role

  • Ad hoc tasks to assist business owners 


Full training will be provided.

You will need to have

  • Previous experience in or knowledge of either Residential Building Certification/Development or Planning 

  • Intermediate to Advanced Administration skills

  • Advanced level of computer literacy 

  • Project Management skills highly desirable 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail




  • Salary negotiable depending on experience (up to $70k + super pro rata)


Days and hours worked


  • Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 3pm (working towards additional hours later down the track), hours negotiable. The first two weeks will be Monday to Friday to allow for training.


We operate Monday to Friday and close down on public holidays and for 3.5 weeks over Christmas.
